I'm not understanding the seawater process. If there is any leak to the floor or anywhere, what will prevent groundwater (thus birds, animals, runoff, plants, food) from being contaminated? In the air is the least of the problems if you ruin the ground, no? (I'm a meteorologist, not a nuclear physicist so unaware of much of what goes on ..)
